At this point of the design journey, we propose, discuss and align on materials, finishes, and fittings, reflecting your personal preferences and individual style. When every detail has been discussed and approved by you we can move onto manufacturing your vision..

2.1 MATERIAL PROCUREMENT
From the very start, when sourcing the materials we adopt strict quality checks. Through the use of trusted suppliers, we ensure to uphold the highest standards of quality which meet design requirements throughout.

2.2 MACHINING & ASSEMBLY
Our machining and assembly processes showcase our craftsmen’s expertise and dedication. As no two pieces are the same, we blend a range of techniques, tools and machinery to ensure the finished result is something we can be proud of.

2.3 FINISHING
Once we are satisfied with the individual pieces, we apply your selected finishes, whether hand or spray painted, oiled or varnished. With an onsite spray shop we are able to oversee every aspect to ensure quality and only the finest of finish is achieved.

2.4 PRE-ASSEMBLY & QUALITY CHECKS
After the careful finishing of your products, our skilled craftsman meticulously adds the final details. This includes installing chosen knobs, handles, and any additional accessories. Each item undergoes testing to confirm it functions as expected, with final adjustments made in preparation for delivery and installation on-site.
